En 2010, l’agence d’architecture BDVA a été mandatée pour recréer un hôtel en réorganisant fondamentalement le fonctionnement intérieur. L’ancien hôtel « Pennsylvania » retrouve ainsi son affectation d’origine sous le nom de « Tsuba hôtel ».
